Cities: Skylines is a city-building online game currently in progression by the Finnish online game developer Colossal Order and for published and released by Paradox Interactive on March 10, 2020 for Windows, OS X and Linux.
Cities: Skylines concentratees on city-building simulation through urban planning. Players control zoning, road placement, taxation, public services, and public transportation of an area. Gameplay is start-ended, touted as “endless sandbox online gameplay across massive maps.” Player-determined civic policies may affect the progression of the entire city with individual districts thereof.
Roads may be built straight with totally free-form and the grid used for zoning adapts to road shape; cities need not follow a grid plan. Roads of varying widths (up to major totally freeways) accommodate different traffic volumes, and variant road types (for example roads lined with trees) offer reduced noise pollution with increased property values in the surrounding area at an increased cost to the player.
Modding, via the addition of user-generated content such as buildings with vehicles, is for supported in Skylines; the creation of an active content-generating community is an explicit design goal. This content will be available for download from the Steam Workshop.

This is no cheat code, it’s the working exploit of the online game mechanic.
while photojournalists are in duty, each just one give 1000 simoleons whenever random event happens.
just spawn hundreds of photojournalists in your city and you have your starting budget of 50.000 simoleons back in just one online game week!
game toughy: genius : high building maintenance cost and low income from sims.
To make with the exploit work great, you have to set random event chance to high.
random events start toolroximately after 40 residents and 40 workplaces.
Lock the workplaces with fence with something to block their entrance so the sims wouldn’t toolly to job and just spend whole day in botany gardens two times a day to spawn additional photojournalists.
Though, you have leave some place for sims to work in police to arrest pickpockets. outraged sims won’t visit venues. They will spend their day closing workplaces.
You superior build these buildings close to each different without roads,
because there’s a random event called “Earth day”.
Due to the glitch with high random event chance, with the “Earth day” may last for online game weeks with online game months.
So to ensure the income, build every venue, house and workplace close to each different.
Or do hard technique, plan the mass transit of metro with bus.
By the way. Don’t treat online game npc’s seriously. the connection between real life botany garden with hippies and photojournalists is none existent. Most of the social mechanic is built upon the random associations which don’t make any historical with logical sense.
