Legacy of Discord

Once I started this game for the very first time, I was immediately thrown back to my years of playing Diablo 2. The graphics and the air are astoundingly similar. There are naturally many differences. For example, where Diablo is dark and gritty, LOD seems to take a longer dream approach, with vibrant results and a sort of magical feel to the game.
Untold destruction was left in the wake, but a much larger and more menacing danger lurked in the wake.
That meteorite carried a Dark Crystal, that was freed on impact and its own vile power started absorbing the”Light” in the world of Aurora.
The Dark Crystal was swirling with a dark essence, which almost looks as though it’s a mind of its own, and, while its origins remain unknown, its purpose was later shown.
Thousands of years later, the heads and forms of many living beings on Aurora began corrupting, and people changed the most were became what was later known as Demons. Once the Demons realized the Dark Crystal is the origin of the new power, they began flocking to it. Immediately, sensing the ability of the Light Crystal was the only power left capable of curbing the powers of the Dark, they built a giant barrier around the crystal as it continued to feed the light and increase its own power.
Obviously, as the demons grew in power, they began an attack on the Celestial City, where the Crystal of Light has been kept, in an effort to ruin it. The Celestial City was safeguarded by the three Elemental Elders, who led the Guardians, and after a bitter struggle they finally managed to repel the demon forces. But, doing so, the Elders needed to use prohibited magic to seal the Archdemon, together with themselves under the Crystal of Light. Demons, now without their master, were left in disarray. But, they immediately began a new effort, where they’re amassing even larger numbers, for the last confrontation.
You’re one of the Guardians, with a mission of helping your own forces of lighting in preparing and defending against this new threat, as well as eradicating demons all around the globe of Aurora.
There are three playable character classes you can choose from: Berserker, Bladedancer, and the Sorceress.
Barserker is the equivalent of a fighter or barbarian class in other comparable RPGs. Bladedancer matches some possibly more nimble or versatile classes, although the sorceress is self-explanatory.

Gameplay

Immediately after start, you’re guided with a series of introductory quests that will assist you learn the basics. You only need to click the pursuit and your character will walk towards the NPC and to the place the pursuit is located by himself. This somewhat makes the entire learning process simple, but I’d advise that you do not jump over any part and carefully read everything you can, because there is tons of helpful information to read.
After doing a few basic tutorial quests and learning your way around the game’s interface, then you’re ready and set to proceed on your own path. Following that, the sport becomes exactly what other RPGs are — a race for adventure, loot, and progress. But, I must mention that many of my friends, who played with the sport for a long time, all agreed that the game really becomes far more intriguing as you gain power and increase your BR score. I couldn’t achieve this status without playing the game for months, but another thing I think is cool is that high ranking is also achievable without spending any real money on the sport. Butnaturally, you will spend time a lot more than with cash.

The graphics

I mentioned before they remind me of the Diablo II era. That is because mobile devices may make even the simplest of visuals look cool because of the smaller screen. If you play with it on a desktop computer, through emulator, the visual pleasure might be reduced, but I think not in a significant way. The mechanics and moves that follow the visual side of things are also awesomely done.
This sport also took some pointers from other cellular games, plus they added a sort of vibrant way to display your impact in it. As an example, the damage text and the combo indicators include a cool taste, so far as I am concerned.
The loot is also an inevitable treat in these kinds of games, and LOD doesn’t lack in this aspect. You’ve got loot classifications and rarity naturally, and your characters will even exhibit a specific amount of decorative appearance according to your outfitted loot, but not too much.

Is it rewarding or not?

This, I believe, is a redundant question, because fans of this genre swallowed anything for years, and LOD will if nothing refresh their current view of the same RPG gameplay they’re utilized to. If you’re a first timerthen I feel you will have a good start and you might even stay in this game forever because it has all of the needed aspects coated with some wonderful unique additions that you enjoy.

The verdict

Legacy of Discord is certainly essential for anyone who enjoys RPG and plays cellular games. The game delivers a full progressing experience, with rewarding moments that come on a daily basis. The endgame can be fairly great, based on most of the feedback from seasoned players.
So, I believe I must finish this by saying that I enjoyed trying out this game and I highly suggest it to anyone. Play it and appreciate it.
